Spain’s legal legislature differs in many respects from that of the UK, including with respect to Wills. For a modest fee (circa 100 Euros) your Abogado (lawyer) or Gestoria (Accountant) can organise a simple will covering your Spanish assets only, which can then be signed and witnessed at the Notary’s office.
