Pools
There are not many public pools in the Costas (mainly
due to the fact that most people flock to the beaches
anyway). If you are planning to buy an apartment within
a modern complex, there will normally be a communal
pool within the grounds. All properties contained within
each complex will be charged an annual maintenance fee
(called “Communidad” – see separate
section). Many, but not all, villas come with their
own pool. They are great to have but need constant attention
and cost around £30 per month to maintain.
